Maia St. Aude
Maia St. Aude is an Atlanta-based Gen-Z with a passion for entrepreneurship, activism, and civil rights. She is dedicated to creating opportunities and bringing awareness to different sectors of business and entrepreneurship. She hopes to foster an environment and economy for Black and Minority communities all across the country that will flourish for generations and increase the dollar.
Maia’s passion for activism started at a very young age when she got involved in several marches and protests in a small town in Pennsylvania. She went on to pursue a B.A in philosophy at Georgia State University located in Atlanta, Georgia and graduated in Spring 2019. During her time at university, she held an internship at a Black civil rights firm located in Decatur, Georgia. She also was the President of the Black Law Students Association Pre-Law Division, the Vice-President of a newly chartered female law organization called Sisters in Law Society. She also was a part of the Black Student Alliance and on the Mock Trial team. She is deeply passionate about law, politics, and activism and will be pursuing a J.D. in the future.
Maia uses her voice and platform to highlight the stories of women affected by the healthcare system and by challenging societal norms that stigmatize women. Currently, she is working to bring these stories to national attention in hopes of changing the healthcare system and health care coverage. Maia is a powerhouse woman standing up for men, women, and children all across the country who have been falsely accused, overshadowed, and misinformed. She is using her voice to pave a way for much-needed conversation and change.
