Hadley Weiss

Hadley is currently a senior at the Clark Honors College in Eugene, Oregon, and is studying Political Science with a certificate in Public Policy and Political Action. She is the founding chapter President of the University of Oregon LWT chapter, and has greatly enjoyed building a community of passionate, motivated young women.

Hadley began her experience in community engagement at the nonprofit Eugene Civic Alliance, which is dedicated to fundraising for a sports complex designed to help all children have access to athletics, no matter their financial status. She also had the incredible opportunity to complete the Legislative and Electoral fellowship with Planned Parenthood Advocates of Oregon, during which she learned about organizing, leadership, and outreach. Hadley is currently working as a law clerk at a criminal defense law firm, helping with a campaign to assist college students struggling with food and housing insecurity, and a member of the all-women identified a cappella group, Divisi (which the Pitch Perfect franchise is based on!).

As a co-director of digital media, Hadley hopes to ensure that all young women know that there is a place for them in the LWT family, and that the unique skills and backgrounds that each woman brings to the table are welcomed and valued.
